At Stars Company, we are dedicated to providing an elite upskilling experience. Because our cohorts are strictly limited in size to ensure high-quality, personalized mentorship, we maintain a transparent and definitive cancellation and refund policy. Please read this document carefully before enrolling.
1. Cancellation Timelines & Conditions
We provide clear timelines for canceling your enrollment. Customers can cancel their program subscriptions under the following specific timelines:
- Pre-Commencement Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment anytime up to 7 days before the official cohort start date for a 100% full refund.
- Post-Commencement Cancellation (Standard Window): Once the program begins, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel within the first 7 calendar days from the official start date for a full refund, no questions asked, provided you meet the usage conditions below.
To be eligible for the post-commencement cancellation refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Submit your cancellation request via email within the specified timelines (before day 7 of the cohort).
- Have consumed less than 20% of the recorded course material.
- Have attended no more than two (2) live mentorship sessions or classes.
2. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Scenarios
Because reserving a seat prevents another candidate from joining the cohort, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted or issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests made after the 7-day initial window has passed.
- Any non-refundable application, assessment, or seat-reservation fees paid prior to total enrollment (unless otherwise stated during checkout).
- Removal from the program due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct (e.g., plagiarism, harassment, or unauthorized sharing of proprietary course materials).
3. Program Postponement & Transfers
If you are unable to continue with your current cohort due to an unforeseen emergency (e.g., medical emergency, severe personal hardship), you may request a one-time cohort transfer instead of a cancellation.
Transfers are entirely at the discretion of the Stars Company admissions team and require valid documentation. You must request a transfer before the end of the 4th week of your current cohort. If approved, your enrollment will be shifted to the next available batch without additional cost.
4. Cancellation by Stars Company
In the highly unlikely event that Stars Company is forced to cancel or indefinitely postpone a cohort before it begins, all enrolled students will receive a 100% full refund to their original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the student.
5. How to Cancel & Request a Refund
To officially cancel your enrollment and request a refund within the eligible windows, please follow these steps strictly:
- Send an email to support@starscompany.com from your registered student email address.
- Use the exact subject line: Cancellation/Refund Request – [Your Full Name] – [Cohort ID/Name].
- Briefly state your reason for the cancellation (this helps us improve our platform, though it will not affect your eligibility if within the approved timelines).
Our financial team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
